Shorter stays and longer development periods are considered individually. Your proposal specifies the host, sporting level, dates, duration, inclusions and investment before you commit.

Academy development and club programmes serve different purposes. Each proposal specifies the receiving organisation and its role.
Programme participation is distinct from joining a professional squad. Admission, sporting activity and availability depend on the specific host and the player's profile.

Football scout with postgraduate training in football and sports management at the Johan Cruyff Institute. Luis leads WNTD's player selection and coordinates the programmes it recommends.
Sporting delivery and responsibilities are specified for each programme. Communication with WNTD stays within the agreed channel.
Essential answers
No. The application starts a review of your player profile. It is not a paid assessment, a booking or confirmation of admission.
A parent or guardian must provide contact details and authorise the application. Sporting, travel and communication arrangements are clarified for each programme.
Duration varies by programme, sporting calendar and individual eligibility. We confirm the period and conditions in your proposal.
Competitive youth and emerging senior players can apply. Suitability depends on age, level, nationality, objective and the specific pathway.
No. WNTD provides evaluation, preparation and access to suitable environments. Selection and contracts always depend on sporting performance and the receiving organization.
Recent match footage is strongly preferred because it allows us to make a more useful first assessment. A highlight video can help, but full-match context is better.
It varies by pathway. After evaluation, families receive a clear proposal covering the sporting plan, logistics, duration, inclusions and investment.
Some longer pathways can coordinate academic or visa-related support through the appropriate providers. Requirements are reviewed individually and approval is never guaranteed.
